An excellent selection of Marvel's often overlooked gems, including some of the best comics Marvel's put out over the last few decades. Would've liked to see a bit more commentary from the curators, but overall a great package.

I really enjoyed this book. It’s the first comic collection I’ve purchased from the Folio Society, and the quality is outstanding. My only minor gripe is with the modern comics from the past 15 years, which make up about a third of the book—they’re just not my cup of tea. However, the older editions are beautifully reprinted and truly shine in this collection.

“Value for money” is arbitrary. People pay what they are willing to pay, regardless of intrinsic value. In any case, this is a quality item. It was given as a gift, so for me it was more about my willingness to spend the amount on the recipient :) which I was. Thank you!
